Ways To Find A Niche For Your Blog

Written by

A blog allows you to easily have a web presence. You can use it in MULTIPLE ways, and you can make money with one in MULTIPLE ways.

We're not going to get into any of that here though.

What I want to do with you today is tell you how to make a list of niches that you can research and analyze to find that ONE perfect niche. That's your first step no matter what business model you're going to use. You have to find ONE perfect niche.

We're going to start with a big list of niches and then you can then decide to follow the money, follow your passion, etc.

We just want to make a list of niches as options.

The only thing you're going to need here is something to take notes with, and an open mind. You're going to need to note down any niches you find. Once you have your list of niches then you can move on to figuring out if they are profitable for the business model you want to use.

That process is going to be different depending on your business model.

So let's make a big ‘ol list of niches to get us started!

Tactic #1: Your Own Mind

Yep… Take 5 minutes, take some deep breaths, and relax. Then note down ANY niches that come to your mind.

Here's what I came up with…

dried floral arrangementsĀ
authentic mexican recipes
printable crafts

Tactic #2: Niche Ideas

“Finding a niche” is actually a niche. šŸ˜‰ There is sooooo much information online about finding a niche. Go search google for “niche ideas” and note down the ones you like.

Here's what I came up with…

nomadic lifestyle
healthy guides for women over 40
lifestyle design
alternative medicine

Tactic #3: Amazon Best Sellers

Just taking a look at Amazon's Best Sellers (https://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers) you could start listing more niches than you'll ever be able to even think about in a lifetime. I just went there and here are the niches I came up with…

board games
surviving lockdown (living in a pandemic)
crystals
workshop
journals

Tactic #4: Digital Market Places

The people in my tribe are mainly marketers of digital products and services. For you guys a great place to look for digital niches are digital product market places.

JVzoo and ClickBank being my top two favorite places. I just went over to ClickBank and looked at their marketplace and came up with these niche ideas.

mastering remote learning
become a pet groomer
cheap travel
side hustles
locksmithing
creating business credit
restaurant marketing

I could go on and on with resources here, but just with these 4 look at my list of niches…

dried floral arrangements
authentic mexican recipes
printable crafts
nomadic lifestyle
healthy guides for women over 40
lifestyle design
alternative medicine
board games
surviving lockdown (living in a pandemic)
crystals
workshop
journals
mastering remote learning
become a pet groomer
cheap travel
side hustles
locksmithing
creating business credit
restaurant marketing

That's 19 different niches I now have that I can look at and analyze to pick the ONE niche I want to start a blog around.

So, take a few minutes, do what I just did, and create your own list of niches so you can pick the ONE profitable niche you can create your blog around!

Hereā€™s to wishing you a healthy, happy, and wealthy life!
